Overview

Vârà Hûli Kâchyâ was founded durring the early 16th century in winter of the year 1505, by Ůhi̊h́. The establishment of Vârà Hûli Kâchyâ suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Vârà Hûli Kâchyâ was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vârà Hûli Kâchyâ is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Vârà Hûli Kâchyâ is buildings have been located at convienant points along the rivers Vârà Hûli Kâchyâ was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the restrictive gravel streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The city is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Unfortuantly, these frontieer-style defences are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

Vârà Hûli Kâchyâ has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Vârà Hûli Kâchyâ’s streets. Yet, deep down, you know this atmosphere is a carefully created illusion. You can see the ocasional seam in their tapestry. You’re not sure what has them doing their best to act so carefree, but act carefree they do.
